Where is the batch code on Mama&Kids products?
Look on the base of the bottle or jar, the crimped tail of a tube, or the bottom flap of the box. It is a short string stamped or printed in small type — not the barcode.
Is a Mama&Kids lot number the same as a batch code?
Yes — lot number, lot code and batch code all mean the same string on your Mama&Kids packaging. American packaging and shoppers tend to say lot number; British and European ones say batch code. Enter it either way.
Why can't you decode my Mama&Kids code?

Is the barcode the same as the batch code?
No. The barcode is the 12–14 digit number under the striped label and identifies the product, not the batch — it contains no date at all. This is the single most common mistake.
