Is a Hair Zombie lot number the same as a batch code?
Yes — lot number, lot code and batch code all mean the same string on your Hair Zombie packaging. American packaging and shoppers tend to say lot number; British and European ones say batch code. Enter it either way.
Why can't you decode my Hair Zombie code?
